Tips and Ideas for Lifestyle Change!

The best thing about this project is the overwhelming response from our members. Not only did we have over 1700 respond for the 60 spots, we had tons of people offer their help and information. From certified personal trainers to registered dieticians, it is amazing all the resources that are out there!


Here are a couple of resources that have volunteered information. Just like we need GREAT COACHES in sports, we also need a GREAT HEALTH COACH! Wheather it be for accountability, information, or refinement in diet, these people can help you achieve your goals.

If getting healthy was EASY everyone would be doing it. Nothing worthwhile is easy and I can tell you that after 3 weeks of tough work, I am feeling healthier, sleeping better, more productive, and probably a little kinder to be around! Most of all, I hope that I am buying a little insurance on a better quality of life.

I personally want to thank all of you for holding me accountable, telling me to keep up the "good work"!
